Title:  Theme Park F&B Team Leader

Thorpe Park are recruiting Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our talented team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets on the Theme Park.

The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of £13.00.

A day in the life of a Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leader would include...

• Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards
• Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
• Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine
• Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
• Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential
• Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion
• Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
• Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of

What you need to bring to the table:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
• A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to support and lead the team
• Be a great communicator and someone who is reliable in all aspects of the role
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work through own initiative
• A strong desire to develop others through effective coaching and training
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable
• Team Leader/Supervisory experience would be advantageous
• Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18
