Thorpe Park is recruiting Restaurant Team Members for the 2026 season!

You will be offering our guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest-facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. The role is varied and may including working behind the bar as well as supporting with table service.
Job responsibilities include:
- Engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service
- Helping to create memorable experiences in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Assisting with restaurant set-up, service, and closedown
- Working as a team to ensure food, and drinks, are served in a timely manner
- Following your food safety training to keep a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests
Shifts
We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit your schedule between 7am and midnight
Shifts available include:
- 7am - 3pm
- 11am - 8pm
- 3pm - midnight

What we're looking for:
- We would love to hear from candidates with restaurant or bar experience.However, we will also provide suitable candidates without experience all the training they require.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility is preferred, with peak periods including weekends and public holidays.
