Thorpe Park have a fantastic opportunity for two Restaurant & Bar Team Leaders to join our Hotel Restaurant Team.

A day in the life of a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader....

 

  • Work closely with duty managers to maintain sky high standards throughout all operations
  • Take charge of breakfast and dinner shifts and services, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
  • Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
  • Inspire and mentor your team members, being a natural role model and helping them to reach their full potential
  • Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion
  • Create a positive team team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
  • Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of

 

What you need to bring to the table:

 

  • Experience leading a team is preferred
  • A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18
  • Flexibility in availability is preferred to meet the demands of the business

You will be working on a seasonal variable contract until November 2025, with an initial hourly rate of £12.26.
