Food & Beverage Team Leader - Lead the Fun at Thorpe Park

Thorpe Park is excited to be recruiting Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our vibrant hospitality team. If you love great food, buzzing environments, and leading people to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, this could be your next big adventure.

We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals with experience in restaurants, bars, or quick-service food and beverage environments. Previous leadership experience is an advantage but if you're a high-performing team member ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

Your Role as a Food & Beverage Team Leader

Working closely with Duty Managers, you'll play a key role in keeping standards high and operations running smoothly across our food and beverage outlets. You'll:

• Lead units and services to ensure efficient, high quality operations
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by supporting the team and resolving enquiries
• Complete and oversee cleaning schedules and operational checklists
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members, acting as a positive role model
• Drive sales, maximise revenue, and achieve performance targets
• Create a supportive, energetic team culture that embraces growth and change
• Ensure your team feels engaged, valued, and supported

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading a team (preferred)
• A strong passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
• Confident communication and the ability to inspire others
• Strong organisations skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• Aged 18 or over
• Flexible availability to meet business needs

You'll be employed on a seasonal variable contract until November 2026, earning £13.00 per hour, with access to a fun, supportive working environment and fantastic opportunities to grow your career
