Title:  Barista

Thorpe Park are seeking dynamic Baristas to join our fun and friendly team working on a full or part-time basis for the 2025 season.

We have various shift patterns across the working week, including weekends. Shifts will vary across the season to suit the theme park opening hours. Early shift times will commence at 8am.

As a Barista, you will showcase your coffee expertise whilst serving customers with a smile. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong attention to detail. Most importantly, having fun creating coffee products in our fantastic theme park setting.

A day in the life of a Barista:

• Making high quality Barista drinks
• Working as part of small team
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Supporting with the training of new employees
• Proving your passion for great service

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Previous experience of working with traditional coffee machines
• The passion for making great coffee
• Strong communication skills
• A strong customer focus with attention to detail
• Service driven with the ability to work as part of a team
