Title: Barista

Thorpe Park is seeking dynamic Baristas to join our fun and friendly team, working on a full time basis for the 2026 season
As a Barista, you will showcase your coffee expertise while serving cusotmers with a smile. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have strong attention to detail. Most importantly, you should enjoy having fun creating coffee products in our fantastic theme park setting.
This is a Monday to Friday role with no requirement to work weekends. Shifts will vary throughout the season to align with the theme park's opening hours. Early shifts start at 8am.
Hourly Pay:
- Ages 18–20: £10.85 per hour
- Ages 21 and over: £12.21 per hour
A day in the life of a Barista:
- Making high-quality barista drinks
- Working as part of a small team
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Supporting with the training and coaching of new employees
- Demonstrating your passion for great service
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Previous experience working with traditional coffee machines
- A passion for making great coffee
- Strong communication skills
- A strong customer focus with attention to detail
- A service-driven mindset and the ability to work as part of a team
