We are currently recruiting for a Weekend General Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Helles JRM, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PS

What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.  The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

⦁    Prepare and serve food and beverages
⦁    Some basic food preperation
⦁    Setting up counters and dining rooms for hospitality services
⦁    Cleaning all areas front and back of house including potwashing
⦁    General hospitality duties
⦁    Restocking items and stock rotation
⦁    Operating the till and cash handling
⦁    Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
⦁    Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
⦁    Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
 

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality/catering role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Friendly, polite and motivated
• Must be able to work in all areas of the business if required 
• A DBS check is required
