Pay: £14.04 per hour | Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of chefs and kitchen staff delivering three meals daily
- Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit
- Prepare quality meals from a set menu and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Complete stock checks, paperwork, and ensure compliance
- Be a role model for teamwork and handle challenges with confidence
What We’re Looking For
- UK residency for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and ability to pass security vetting & DBS checks
- Previous supervisory experience in a large-scale kitchen
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
