We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working Kitchen Porters to join our vibrant back-of-house team. In this casual role, you'll work alongside our talented chefs and cooks to keep our kitchens running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. If you're eager to step into the world of catering or hospitality, this is a fantastic place to start - complete with training, support, and the buzz of major live events all around you.
Home to the Welsh National Rugby Team, the Principality Stadium has hosted everything from Rugby World Cups and FA Cup Finals to global music icons. With Aramark as the official culinary parter of the Welsh Rugby Union, you'll help us deliver flavour, energy, and unforgettable experiences to tens of thousands of fans.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation (chopping, peeling, washing - every great dish starts here!)
- Keeping the kitchen spotless and safe
- Preparing kitchen areas before service kicks off
- Assisting with deliveries and keeping stock organised
- Pitching in as part of a hardworking, friendly team
- Washing and cleaning dishes to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Previous kitchen porter experience is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train you up!
- Flexibility to work matchdays, concerts, and major events
- A willingness to learn, grow, and get stuck in
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
