Home to the Welsh National Rugby Team, the iconic Principality Stadium welcomes an average of 1.3 million visitors each year. From Rugby World Cups and FA Cup Finals to world-class concerts, it's one of Wales' most iconic and electrifying venues.

 

As the official culinary partner of the Welsh Rugby Union, Aramark delivers exceptional food and drink experiences to match every unforgettable moment. Now, we're looking to expand our casual event day management team with experienced individuals who truly understand hospitality.

 

Applicants will be considered for one of four casual roles, based on experience and preferences:

 

Hospitality Match Day Manager

This role could see you leading one of our premium lounges or a selection of our iconic boxes. Our managers understand the essence of hospitality and drive impeccable standards within their teams.

 

Hospitality Supervisor

You'll deliver a premium experience within one of our lounges or across a selection of our iconic boxes. Depending on your skill set, you could be leading a bar operation or food service, whilst always delivering exceptional hospitality.

 

Retail Match Day Manager

You'll lead a selection of kiosks, supporting supervisors, responding to escalations, and proactively managing standards. Previous cellar experience would be beneficial, although training will be provided.

 

Retail Supervisor

You'll take ownership of a General Access kiosk, which may serve food and will definitely serve drinks. This fast-paced role requires quick thinking and strong leadership. You'll be looking after a team of 5-25 Retail Assistants, depending on kiosk size. Previous cellar experience would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
