Ready to make an impact at one of the UK’s most iconic venues? Aramark UK is looking for a Finance Manager to join the leadership team at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff – home to unforgettable matchdays, world-class concerts and major events.

 

This is your chance to shape the success of our latest stadium contract, driving performance and setting up systems to keep every game and concert running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial operations for this flagship stadium contract
  • Deliver accurate reporting and insight-driven decision-making
  • Partner with operational teams to improve performance and profitability
  • Set up new systems and processes for a high-profile venue
  • Act as a trusted business partner, influencing decisions for matchdays, concerts, and major events
  • Manage a small on-site finance team and ensure compliance with contractual frameworks

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Extensive experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven ability to set up new processes in new environments
  • Experience in contract catering or stadium environments (desirable)
