Aramark UK Workplace is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting, permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into our Senior Sous Chef.
Home to more than 1,400 people the building just opened 2 years ago and operates Monday to Fridays only. The site accommodates key corporate and business functions teams. You will have the opportunity to be involved in our constant innovation and evolving culinary experiences.
Food safety and high standards of cleanliness will also be a key focus for you. Whilst this is a Chef de Partie position, the scope of the role and the size of the operation could appeal to an existing Commis Chef looking to progress within a large and exciting business.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie
- Help oversee the general production of breakfast and lunch
- Comfortable working in an open space, engaging with customers and serve from front facing counters
- Have great customer service skills, smiley and energetic
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- To manage and champion daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Ensure compliance of all processes and procedures, including daily and weekly checklists and cleaning schedules
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant culinary experience operating at a Chef de Partie level
- A passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
- Security vetting will be required
