We are currently recruiting a General Service Assistant to work with our team at Regents Park Barracks, Albany Street, London NW1 4AL

What you'll be doing

• Cook and prepare food in the main / mess kitchens
• Working to strict recipes and able to follow recipe cards
• Working unsupervised
• Cleaning the kitchen and ensuring all work stations are clean and tidy
• Offloading deliveries and using the FIFO method
• Following the food safety guidelines and H&S procedures
• Some cash handling and FOH work may be required
• Employee may be asked to carry out cleaning duties as required
   

Experience

• Must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years in the UK
• A confident chef
• Excellent organisation skills
• Previous experience essential
• A DBS check is required
