What you'll be doing

  • Deliver breakfast and lunch to the client in a clean, tidy and pleasant manner.
  • To complete monthly stocktakes
  • Placing food orders and handling / putting away deliveries
  • Deep cleans of the kitchen
  • Supporting hospitality delivery 
  • Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Tracking wastage
  • Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
  • Work in line with company allergen policy
  • Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
  • Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists

Although you will be based at Cambridge Regional College, you may be required, on occasion, to work at our neighbouring site Huntingdon Campus, PE29 1BL
 

Experience

  • Relevant culinary qualification is desirable or at least 2 year’s experience in a similar position
  • Experience working in a high volume environment
  • Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
  • Excellent team player and communicator
