Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Frimley Cadet Training Centre, GU16 7HD.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

- This is a permanent part-time position, 15 hours per week, (working pattern is 2 days out of 7; on average, 2 weekends per month). Shifts range between 06:00 and 21:00.
- The pay rate is £14.32/hour.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
- Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience in a Food Production role within Catering or Retail.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator; Proficient level of spoken English.
- The ability to maintain a variety of operating and general records through daily activities.
- DBS and security checks required.
