Location: Premier Store, Brookwood, GU24 0DT
Hourly Rate: £12.50 | Hours: 35 per week (any 5 days out of 7)

We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you!

What you’ll do:

• Take charge of the store and Post-Office counter during shifts in the manager’s absence.
• Lead and motivate the team to keep the shop running smoothly and customers happy.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, manage deliveries, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste.
• Support team development and ensure high standards every day.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous retail experience.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years).
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
