An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to be based on site in Bournemouth, BH7 7DA. This is a permanent role which will involve working on a Monday - Friday basis reporting to the Catering Manager.

The role will be responsible for assisting in the running of a busy coffee shop and leading a small team.

A day in the life of a Coffee Shop Supervisor

• You will be supervising a small team in a fast-paced, busy, client facing environment
• Leading your team to success
• Placing orders and stock taking 
• Serving customers and offering excellent customer service
• General running of the coffee shop
• Cleaning
• Making food and beverages
• Assisting with any other supervisory tasks as assigned by your manager

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Experience supervising a Barista/ coffee shop or similar quick service restaurant
• A resilient and hardworking individual 
• A confident leader
