We are currently recruiting for a Senior Catering Supervisor to join our team at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Birmingham, B15 3TR

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the smooth delivery of all food and beverages within the C&E spaces
• Leading your team to success
• Dealing with clients on event days
• Arranging the staff rota weekly
• Induction of new staff
• On staff training as required and ensuring all e learning is up to date
• Setting up events
• Dealing with external suppliers
• Working closely with clients
• Handling customer feedback
• Supporting in C&E/Café or bar as necessary
• Assisting with stock takes
• General day to day duties including operating the till, serving food and providing the best customer service

Experience

• Experience of events and hospitality industry
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Experience of leading a team
• Can do attitude and a confident leader
