Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Commis Chef in their Education sector to join our team at Aston University, B47ET.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students, staff and hospitality functions. 
• Following recipes and all policies and procedures 
• Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
• Good time management required in this fast paced role 
• keeping kitchen records up to date. 
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene 

Key Requirements:

• • Previous catering/ kitchen experience required  
  • Excellent team player   
  • Excellent communication abilities  
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Able to pass DBS checks
