What you'll be doing

⦁    Data input accurately onto Aramark systems
⦁    Data input accurately on a number of MOD network systems 
⦁    Carry out compliance check of those systems on other trading outlets
⦁    Support with compliance, quality assurance checks, GFE/GFA checks, & Float confirmation checks
⦁    Answering the telephone and taking messages, communicating them out to correct departments
⦁    Organising / set up of meetings and meeting rooms, booking in & liaison with guests & visitors
⦁    Typing of menu’s, function letters, functions costings and marketing support
⦁    Notetaking and typing of memo’s and company letters as and when required.
⦁    Manage stock, orders and transfers and distribution within set budgets  
⦁    Maintain internal and external contacts lists
⦁    Maintain Key security systems – key logs, registers 
⦁    Stock taking of central stock items as required 
⦁    Assist in recruitment procedures & onboarding
⦁    Assist in maintaining personnel files
⦁    Ensuring storage & retention of documents in line with GDPR and Aramark retention policies
⦁    Take payments and keep financial records / accounts as required including support to Mess Accounts dept
⦁    To undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed.

Experience

⦁    1-2 years’ experience in catering or retail sector desirable
⦁    1-2 years’ administrative experience desirable
⦁    H&S certificate Level 2  - Aramark training provided
⦁    Formal clerical or administrative qualification desirable
⦁    Excellent organisation skills
⦁    A DBS check will be required
