Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Supervisor to join our team working at USP College Seevic, Runnymede Chase, Benfleet, Essex. SS7 1TW
You will be responsible for assisting the Group Manager with the day to day running of the unit, managing your team and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will also be providing general front of house services, such as preparing orders and oversee service.

What we offer:
- This is a full-time position, 28 hours per week, (Mainly Monday – Thursday with extra 25 days on a Friday). 47.61 Weeks per year.
- Shifts times range between the hours of 7.00am and 16:00, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

A day in the life of a Supervisor:
- You will be supporting the Group Manager in the day to day running of the business, managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure the needs of the business are met.
- You will be operating the till, cash handling and cashing up at the end of shift.
- Involved with delivering the marketing, customer point of sale and also be giving upselling opportunities and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Food production, heating up and plating up food, making hot and cold drinks and assisting with general kitchen duties.
- Leading shifts and supervising the team within the hospitality area, ensuring all staff training is up to date.
- Assisting with stock management and stocktaking, and completing any relevant back office paperwork, health and safety compliance and computerized operating systems.
- Organizing theme days and special events.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous supervisory experience
- Computer Skills
- Can do attitude
