Job Description
To act as a point of contact for the client and site team to ensure the smooth operation of the business. To carry out & assign duties to a high service and cleanliness, adhering to Aramark’s standards, policies and procedures, ensuring complete client satisfaction is achieved.
The primary responsibility will be ensuring standards are maintained in line with Cleaning audits and KPIs.
Following the Health & Safety sign in / out company policy
Duties & Responsibilities
- To Supervise the cleaning team in completing tasks as per work & task schedules.
- Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice, ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and presentation is achieved
- To correctly use cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor standards and complete daily/weekly/monthly checks as per the site requirements
- To wear company uniform when on duty
- To maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- To maintain a safe working environment when working
- To carry out special cleaning as required
- To dispose of refuse in a safe manner as necessary and at the end of each shift
- To replenish soap, handrolls, toilet rolls etc
- To assist with department stock takes
- To ensure that all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order
- To report any equipment defects promptly
- To ensure lost property is recorded accurately and promptly.
- To ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met.
- To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.
- To adhere to Aramark H&S policies
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Security clearance required – CTC and Enhanced Access NI
- Working pattern will be 5 days over 7
- Participate in company training to improve your standard of performance and knowledge of cleaning and related health and safety.
- To actively participate in the company appraisal
- To ensure any documentation produced reflects to the overall quality achieved within the business. (Timesheets, stock/order sheets, van checks, defect sheets, holiday requests)
- To ensure the storage of documentation is to company standards.
- Carry out any other reasonable request of the management.
