We are currently recruiting for a Front of House / Barista Supervisor to be a part of our fantastic team in Battersea, London SW11.

  • Full time – 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, between 7am – 5pm. No weekends!

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a team of Baristas
  • Oversee the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective
  • Leading your team to success
  • Making and serving food and hot drinks
  • Ensuring quick service to customers
  • Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
  • Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment
  • Running shifts and training team members
  • Organise monthly stock count and restocking and maintaining of the work areas
  • Help in the recruitment and retention of team members
  • Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark
  • Champion excellent customer service

Experience

⦁    2 years barista experience essential
⦁    Latte art desirable
⦁    Previous supervisory experience at a supervisor or team leader level
⦁    An excellent team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently if required
⦁    General food safety knowledge
