Title:  Bar Supervisor

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading, motivating and training/developing a team to consistently develop and improve while also bringing new ideas to the business and achieving tangible cost effective results.
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships, by understanding their changing requirements and responding proactively to meet client’s needs.
• Active and engaged management of operational performance of the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service to our clients.
• Ensuring the highest standards in health and safety, food safety and hygiene are adhered to at all times.
• Maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders in Seasons business.

Key Requirements

• 3 years industry experience, 2 of which were at supervisory level with a strong background in a high volume hospitality.
• Demonstrates excellent people management skills with experience of managing large teams of staff.
• A passion for beverage, food and service and the ability to innovate in this area.
• The ability to manage in a diverse and pressurised environment with a focus on client and customer services.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
• Actively seeks change, a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
• A passionate supporter and representative of the Seasons, Aramark and Guinness brands
