Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our growing team in Ballinrobe, Ireland. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and professional space for all.

• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitisation duties across all areas of the workplace, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities • Utilise cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practice guidelines • Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness and organisation • Respond professionally to client and colleague requests, demonstrating excellent customer-focused service at all times • Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled working hours • Support additional duties as required, which may include assisting with catering operations or other organisational needs
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and working patterns • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain environmental and health standards • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns • Maintain trustworthiness and discretion when working across different areas of the facility

• Experience in catering or foodservice operations • Familiarity with modern cleaning equipment and technologies • Relevant health and safety certifications or training • Awareness of sustainability and environmental best practices in cleaning operations • Experience working in fast-paced or multi-site environments • Adaptability to different cleaning environments and client requirements
