What you'll be doing
- Basic food handling and preperation
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas within the site.
- Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant
- Cleaning and sterilizing counter tops, walls and sinks
- Assisting with daily and weekly deep cleans
- Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas
- Removing waste from waste containers and disposing of them in the correct external bins
Experience
⦁ Previous experience in catering is desirable but full training will be given to the candidate
⦁ Customer focused and a good communicator
⦁ Excellent team player
⦁ Security clearance and disclosure scotland required
