We are currently recruiting a General Kitchen Assistant to join our team at RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ

What you'll be doing

• Basic food handling and preperation
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas within the site.
• Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant
• Cleaning and sterilizing counter tops, walls and sinks
• Assisting with daily and weekly deep cleans
• Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas
• Removing waste from waste containers and disposing of them in the correct external bins

Experience

• Previous experience in catering is desirable but full training will be given to the candidate
• Customer focused and a good communicator
• Excellent team player
• Security clearance and disclosure scotland required
