Job Description

The Administration Trainee will provide Admin support to all departments as required.

Job Responsibilities

Provides an all-encompassing administration service to colleagues, employees, and managers in the following areas:

•    Assist the Aramco ID Clerk with ensuring the Aramco ID Database is kept up to date
•    Working closely with all departments to ensure Admin support is provided at all times.
•    Act as Aramark’s focal point for all Administration duties
•    Any other reasonable task as requested by line management
•    Ensure all training you are required to undertake is completed in a timely manner
•    General people movement around KSA in support of training / medicals
•    Assisting work permits such as Aramco IDs, Zawil & port passes and Aramco ID applications
•    Assisting Travels, flights bookings, and staff accommodation
•    Assisting with monthly reports information
•    Processing and tracking KSA visas
•    Translating letters and forms (Arabic & English)
•    Maintaining office requirements 
•    Cost capture
•    Maintain trackers and records
•    Updating maintaining crew E-files
•    Assist with arranging the ACT files
•    Assisting with maintaining and issuance uniform / PPE stocks and records
•    Assisting on medical requirements for the crew
•    Assisting / scheduling training plan for arrival crew on HSEQ and pre-mobilization briefing
