Job Description
Aramark Global Energy is recruiting a Support Team Manager to play a key role in keeping our onshore and offshore operations within our Technical Division, Arcadion.
Based in our Dyce, Aberdeen headquarters, you’ll manage the day-to-day maintenance, procurement and support functions servicing our offshore oil and gas, and remote sites.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is confident coordinating teams, logistics, and technical tasks.
This is a full time and permanent role on site.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the day to day operations of the Maintenance Team, including planned maintenance, fault investigations, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Manage the Aberdeen office support function and personnel, including people related line manager tasks such as leave approvals, timesheets, and team development
- Produce monthly and quarterly technical, logistical, and financial reports for internal use
- Coordinate procurement, ordering, tracking, and delivery of parts and equipment for onshore and offshore units
- Supervise the Onshore Workshop, Repairs, Storage, and Warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory control
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, operations managers, and unit managers to support maintenance and project requirements
- Support and assist with project activities, refurbishments, and logistics, including training the Project Coordinator
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, quality, and company procedures, maintaining a full audit trail for all activities
Key Requirements:
- A professional, courteous, and supportive attitude when dealing with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of manging maintenance activities and personnel.
- Experience in managing maintenance and project activities within the accommodation on onshore and offshore environments would be beneficial.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, ordering systems, and email communication
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or position
- A current and valid UK driving licence
