An opportunity has arisen for full time Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the onsite ARAMARK Facilities Management team providing a service for our oil & gas client in the city centre. You will be based at CNR, St Magus House, Guild Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6NJ.

⦁ This is a full-time temporary position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
⦁ The hourly rate is £12.88. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

A day in the life of a Receptionist / Administrator:
The main duties are (but are not limited to):
⦁ Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
⦁ Greeting of visitors, ensuring all visitors are met by their host
⦁ Dealing with Emergency Response
⦁ Administration of meeting room bookings and stationery
⦁ Updating floor plans
⦁ Dealing with incoming requests to the FM Helpdesk, working closely with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams to ensure appropriate delegation & completion of various tasks/requests
⦁ Operating in Maximo i.e. creating purchase orders, placing orders, processing invoices
⦁ Focal point for all Business Framework queries i.e. publishing, updating, withdrawing company procedures
You will be set up for success if you have:
⦁ Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work
⦁ Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Are computer literate
⦁ Previous experience in a similar role is desirable however full training will be given.
