Title: Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for full time Receptionist/Administrator to join the onsite ARAMARK Facilities Management team providing a service for our oil & gas client in the city centre.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5h)
Hourly rate: £14.44
The main duties are (but are not limited to):
- Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
- Greeting of visitors, ensuring all visitors are met by their host
- Dealing with Emergency Response
- Administration of meeting room bookings and stationery
- Updating floor plans
- Dealing with incoming requests to the FM Helpdesk, working closely with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams to ensure appropriate delegation & completion of various tasks/requests
- Operating in Maximo i.e. creating purchase orders, placing orders, processing invoices
- Focal point for all Business Framework queries i.e. publishing, updating, withdrawing company procedures

Challenges: ensure the highest level of customer focus and attention is delivered to all visitors at all times, assist in the development of reception procedures, processes and standards, identify opportunities to improve the service.
