We are currently seeking a Procurement Support professional to join our Global Energy sector in Aberdeen. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of technician spares, light and heavy equipment within the offshore oil & gas sector. You’ll be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, logistics, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations and high-margin service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a specialised area of our business, working closely with maintenance and project teams to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.

A day in the life of Procurement Support:

  • Support Procurement, Maintenance & Project Teams daily
  • Compile quotations and orders from Maintenance and Customers
  • Coordinate purchases and deliveries to align with project and shipping schedules
  • Assist with departmental accounts and logistics arrangements
  • Organise shipping and delivery requirements
  • Maintain tracking registers and ensure audit trail compliance
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
  • Attend briefings and training sessions to ensure full competency

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, ordering systems, and email
  • A valid UK Driving License
  • Professional and courteous attitude
