Title:  Chef

We’re looking for a Chef to join our team to support the delivery of catering services on an offshore installation in line with established work routines, and the defined scope of service.

Plese note this is a permanent zero hour contract.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all meals are served on time to company standards and client expectations
• All food prepared and cooked whilst adhering to the food safety act, including the recording of temperature controls. and overall food hygiene
• Manage and rotate stock to ensure food safety and minimum wastage and achievement of contract food costs.
• Effetely assist in maintaining catering budgets, and ensure resources are used efficiently

What we’re looking for: 

• Professional Cookery NVQ Level 3 / Professional Cookery Level 6 or equivalent
• Minimum two years catering experience in an offshore on onshore environment
• BOSIET / FOET, CA-EBS, MIST and an OGUK medical including food handlers assessment
