Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting À La Carte Chefs for our Tournament Tavern Restaurant

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting à la carte chefs across a variety of levels to join our Hotel Kitchen Team, ready for the start of our peak season. With dishes ranging from a full English breakfast to grass-fed rib eye steak, the Tournament Tavern has something to offer all our guests.

Shift opportunities include:

Full-time, fully flexible - 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis

Part-time

Mornings only

Evenings only

Due to the nature of our operation, some weekend availability is essential

Hourly rates ranging from £13.60 to £15.53 dependent on experience plus the great benefits listed below.

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of an À La Carte Chef would include...

• Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our à la carte restaurants
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety, both in the products served and within the working environment
• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Preparing dishes of high-quality in an efficient and timely manner
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

Here are some desirable qualities for this role...

• Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
• A level 2 Food Safety qualification (or above) is required, or a willingness to obtain one
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both colleagues and the management team
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to support changing business requirements
• Approachable at all times, with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team player
