Description: 

Aramark UK is looking to recruit an Operations Manager on a fixed term contract (3-6 months). The role is to cover the West Midlands region, operating within our Healthcare and Education sector.

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, your overall remit is to take ownership of operational management and financial performance. This is a home-based role with regular travel to our sites across the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a team effectively and proactively
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  • Facilitating and supporting new business activities
  • P&L management, ensuring budget is adhered to
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and standards

Key responsibilities:

  • Previous contract catering experience, ideally within Healthcare and Education
  • Good knowledge of Safer Recruitment
  • Previous P&L accountability
  • A drive to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A full UK driving licence would be beneficial for this role
