Talent Acquisition is critical to our growing business. We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focusing on the recruitment of management and professional talent. This role will preferably be based in Leeds and report into the Head of Talent Acquisition. The overall purpose of this role is to work with Aramark hiring managers in the recruitment of great talent, ensuring that we are sourcing candidates in all the right places. This role will involve close collaboration with Senior Managers in terms of both ongoing and long-term strategic recruitment requirements.  Key to its success will be the ability to attract candidates to support business growth and embedding of the direct recruitment model. This is a permanent and full time role.

Job Responsibilities:

You Will

  • Secure great talent for our growing business.
  • Identify and implement proactive talent sourcing tools. 
  • Generate quality direct candidates from a variety of sources and leverage sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
  • Promote the Aramark employer brand.
  • Champion Aramark’s recruitment process and strive for best practice recruitment at all levels of the organisation.
  • Drive key recruitment metrics including cost, time to hire and effectiveness ratings of the recruitment channels used.


Key Requirements:

You will have

  • A minimum of 4 years in-house recruitment experience.
  • Experience with the hospitality/contracted services industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Third level qualification.
  • Experience of managing and positively influencing the key metrics associated with this role including cost and time to hire.
  • The ability to effectively implement creative recruitment solutions which deliver quality outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and  communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior organisation skills and a detail-oriented focus with the ability to effectively prioritise.
  • An ability to develop effective relationships across the organisation and externally.
