Title: TUPE and Change Lead

We have a unique opportunity for a remote TUPE and Change Lead to join our growing and people centric HR Shared Services team at Aramark UK.
We are currently recruiting for a solutions focussed project lead, with strong knowledge, experience and insight into TUPE and Change activity and processes.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and working closely with the operations and the wider central services team you will lead on, and project manage UK wide small to medium end to end TUPE and business change projects.
To be successful in this role, you will be a TUPE and Change subject matter expert who is able to fact find, ensure legal compliance and drive positive results.
This is a permanent role with full time and part time applications welcomed.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as key point of contact for all change activity and liaise with sector HR leads informing them of upcoming TUPE activity
- Project management end to end TUPE and change activity to include all administration whilst keeping within legal timeframes and agreed standards
- Manage all ongoing consultation process paperwork to conclusion
- Produce and report metrics to inform decision making, demonstrate success and identify areas for improvement
- Utilise software tools effectively to project manage all TUPE workstreams and change programmes continuously
- Build cross functional relationships across the business to deliver on TUPE and change projects ensuring risk is mitigated and escalated where necessary
- Partner, coach and guide the business on appropriate re-structuring processes and support with writing business cases
- Complete all final checks to ensure any changes to structures, systems and terms and conditions have been implemented in a timely manner, escalating where required
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated TUPE and change experience
- Experience of managing change programmes and re-structuring processes
- Ideally CIPD qualified to level 5, but not essential
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders across cross functions
