This is a specific purpose contract covering maternity leave.
Aramark Ireland is currently recruiting for a TA & MWL (SAP Success factors) assistant to support key sites within the Aramark business
We are looking for a talented professional to joins our team to actively engage in the end-to-end hiring process across our key accounts in line with Labour budgets. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage our full recruitment & onboarding cycle, ensuring that we consistently meet our staffing requirements and acquire top talent for this sector of the Aramark business
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Recruitment best practices, innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box while completing projects in a timely and efficient manner using SAP Success Factors
Job Responsibilities
- Implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Consult with managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- In conjunction with the hiring manager write job descriptions.
- Post job descriptions on career websites, school and universities boards etc.
- Source candidates by using databases and social media.
- Evaluate and screen CVs and cover letters.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Support the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Support where required in the conducting of interviews with the hiring manager.
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.
- Continuous supervision of recruitment legislative requirements, such as right to work documentation.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and other relevant paperwork.
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
- Attend job fairs and careers events.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency based and behavioural).
- Familiarity with social media, especially Indeed.
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors or another HR system e.g. Workday, Core experience.
