This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a magical Christmas experience, creating memorable moments for children and families during the festive season.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with children, families and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Play the role of a Christmas Elf, helping to create a fun, festive and immersive experience.
- Assist Santa and other Christmas characters throughout event activities.
- Manage visitor flow and support queue management to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support and participate in Christmas-themed activities, games and entertainment.
- Assist with event set-up, preparation and clear-down activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Follow all health, safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Carry out general event duties as required by the Event Management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, childcare, events or entertainment is desirable.
- Friendly, outgoing and confident personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with children and families.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct.
