We are currently looking for a Chef to work with our integral team in Bournemouth, BH7 7DA

What you’ll be doing

• Cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Assisting the Chef with plating up food and food preperation
• Support the effective delivery of special functions or events
• Working well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively.
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
• Having full knowledge of all menu items served.
• Managing production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage.
• Undertaking relevant training as required

Experience/Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Security checks required
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Allergen awareness
• Excellent team player and communicator
