Aramark Property provide commercial and residential property management, professional advisory and building consultancy services nationwide. We have been providing
clients with management services and strategic advice on office, retail, residential, leisure, and mixed-use schemes for over 70 years.

With 135 employees in Ireland operating from offices in Dublin and Cork, we are responsible for the property and finance management of over 500 property schemes totalling over 3 million sq. m. These include residential complexes, landmark mixed-use schemes, offices, shopping centres, retail parks, and industrial estates. Aramark manages a rent roll of c. €250m pa and procure more than €85m supplier services each year.
