ARAMARK is looking for Assistant Managers for the camp’s food service

Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Valcartier Base

Salary: Between $23.00 and $27.00 depending on experience

Schedule: To be discussed during the interview

Employment Start: June–July–August (2026 summer season)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels according to operational activity
• Coordinate work schedules
• Coordinate breaks and meal periods
• Anticipate operational needs
• Ensure the high quality of meal production to meet customer expectations
• Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
• Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Comply with established safety regulations
• Perform any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings (an asset)
• Strong leadership skills
• Good organizational abilities
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service–oriented

The finalist candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, when applicable, a vulnerable sector check. Your employment with us will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.
