Job Description
The Consumer Experience and Technology Coordinator supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of consumer-focused strategies across campus dining operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Consumer Experience Specialist acts as an onsite, highly visible Aramark ambassador dedicated to enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. This role blends customer insights, engagement initiatives, and basic tech-enabled processes to improve satisfaction, streamline communication, and support operational excellence.‑focused strategies across campus dining operations. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting business initiatives including customer loyalty, experience improvement, digital adoption, quality perception, and overall brand presence for the campus and Aramark Higher Education.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates consumer experience initiatives across dining locations to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use customer experience technology (e.g., survey platforms, QR code feedback tools, digital signage systems, basic analytics dashboards) to collect and interpret consumer insights.‑experience technology (e.g., survey platforms, QR‑code feedback tools, digital signage systems, basic analytics dashboards) to collect and interpret consumer insights.

- Create and maintain consistent digital and templates using campus or Aramark tools/software.
- Gather and analyze feedback through surveys, social media monitoring, and onsite observation to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate upward-management and peer-to-peer sessions; present findings to Dining Leadership and collaborate on solutions that address root causes.
- Support promotions and communications designed to enhance awareness of dining programs and new experiences.

- Ensure consistent application of menu signage, allergen notices, and consumer-facing materials across all locations.‑facing materials across all locations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (supervision, project management, volunteer leadership, club/team roles).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across customer, client, and internal leadership levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with comfort navigating change.‑paced, evolving environment with comfort navigating change.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, or inventory management is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Experience using Volante, POS and other data driven programs can be an asset.
- Networking and troubleshooting capabilities are preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic analytics tools, survey platforms, or digital marketing tools is an asset.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
