Job Description

The Resident Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive, both campus-based and business dining marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen Aramark’s brand presence. This role serves as the primary marketing liaison between Aramark and the accounts collaborating closely with campus and company brands and marketing teams to build integrated marketing strategies and plans. 

The Marketing Manager owns the execution of the annual marketing plan across retail, residence dining, sports & leisure concessions, and catering, while building and maintaining a cohesive dining brand identity. In addition, this role supports catering growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising, while fulfilling all core responsibilities of a multi-unit marketing manager.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Campus Marketing Strategy & Brand Partnership: Serve as the marketing lead for the university account, building strong, collaborative relationships with the university’s brand and marketing teams. Align Aramark initiatives with campus brand standards, marketing calendars, and strategic priorities. Act as a champion, guardian, and ambassador of the Aramark brand on campus and other locations. 
  • Annual Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop, present, and execute the annual, integrated marketing plan for retail dining, residence dining, sports & leisure concessions, and catering. Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, consumer engagement initiatives, merchandising, signage, and digital communications across all dining channels. 
  • University Dining Brand Identity: Build, evolve, and maintain a cohesive campus dining brand identity that reflects both Aramark and university brand standards. Ensure consistent application across physical spaces, digital platforms, social media, events, and promotional materials. Conduct regular brand, signage, and merchandising audits to ensure compliance and quality. 
  • Catering Marketing & Sales Support: Support catering sales growth through, advertising, promotional campaigns, and event marketing. Partner with catering team to develop targeted marketing materials, digital promotions, and campus-facing communications that drive awareness and conversion. 
  • In-Unit Marketing Execution & Insights: Execute core in-unit marketing responsibilities including campaign activation, event planning, content creation, social media, digital menu boards, student engagement initiatives, and market research. Track performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to operations and leadership. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality, retail, or higher education environments 
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple business channels 
  • Strong understanding of brand management and partnership marketing 
  • Experience supporting sales through lead generation, advertising, and promotional strategies 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital marketing, social media, and basic design tools an asset 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, campus-based environment

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00.
