Job Description

Supporting two vibrant communities, one meaningful role

If you’re a Clinical Dietitian who thrives on variety, autonomy, and meaningful resident impact, this role offers something unique: the opportunity to support two distinct long term care communities on Vancouver Island — one in Nanaimo and one in Victoria.

Yes, they’re not exactly next door. But for the right Dietitian, this dual site model brings the best of both worlds:

•    Broader clinical exposure
•    Two interdisciplinary teams to collaborate with
•    A flexible schedule that allows you to plan your travel intentionally
•    The chance to shape nutrition care across multiple communities

If you’re energized by independence, relationship building, and making a tangible difference in resident quality of life, this role gives you the scope to do exactly that.

About the Role
As a key member of the Food Services team, the Clinical Dietitian provides comprehensive nutrition care to residents, with a strong focus on health, well being, and quality of life. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams at two Vancouver Island sites, ensuring residents receive safe, culturally responsive, and person centred nutrition support.
