Job Description
Aramark - QUASEP is hiring for a Inside Account Manager, who will be responsible for the overall sales and account management of the group purchasing services offering including planning, execution, and prioritization of assigned clients and prospects within Western Canada. The Account Manager is responsible for growth and participation in the QUASEP banner programs and services.
QUASEP is a multi-supplier purchasing program designed specifically for the hospitality industry. Our members include restaurants, hotels, summer camps, golf clubs, catering companies, bake shops, and many others.

Job Responsibilities
- Through effective territory management, retain current accounts and grows TPV and compliant volume and revenue through preferred suppliers.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer rapport and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with clients in the region.
- Supports the Members by providing analysis data and purchase analytics to identify, maintain, and develop organic growth opportunities.
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of file transmissions and investigate identified reporting gaps.
- Actively maintains CRM systems and data for existing and future customers through ongoing business reviews and sales contacts
- Responsible to drive adoption of QUASEP programs (stickiness) ensuring compliance and adherence to eligible contracts to support corporate financial objectives while at the same time assisting the client in maximizing their financial returns (rebates) from QUASEP
- Works closely with Supply Chain to effectively analyse monthly purchase spend, raw data files, and tracking to identify missed volume opportunities, new volume reporting, exclusions, and file uploads
- Support and represent the company’s industry profile by participating in corporate and industry functions and events through building client and industry relationships and networks.
Qualifications
Required (must meet all):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field (equivalent experience only considered if directly relevant and demonstrably senior).
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, account management, or procurement programs within foodservice, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets (e.g. client retention, program adoption).
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation) and experience interpreting purchasing or financial data.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline management and data hygiene.
- Proven ability to manage a defined territory or book of business, including prioritization of high-value accounts and growth opportunities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, finance, operations) to deliver client outcomes.
Preferred (highly desirable):
- Direct experience in group purchasing organizations (GPOs), foodservice distribution, or supplier-side account management.
- Operational experience in hospitality or food & beverage environments, with a strong understanding of cost drivers and purchasing behavior.
- Experience driving contract compliance, vendor/program adoption, or rebate optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with data reconciliation processes, file transmission validation, or spend analytics tools.

- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of margins, rebates, and supplier economics.
- High level of ownership and accountability for revenue growth and client retention.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00.
