Job Description

We are looking for a kitchen supervsior for two weekend shifts:

  • Sat: 6 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Sun: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

The kitchen supervisor will be the lead cook on the shift, ensuring breakfast and lunch production is completed as per the cycle menu.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, plating, and service coordination
  • Maintain proper food costing, portion control, and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams
  • Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation of all dishes

Qualifications

  • A 2-year culinary diploma OR Red Seal
  • Must have atleast 3 years experience as a supervisor/ sous chef/ chef
