Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Description
We are looking for a kitchen supervsior for two weekend shifts:
- Sat: 6 AM to 2:30 PM
- Sun: 6 AM to 2:30 PM
The kitchen supervisor will be the lead cook on the shift, ensuring breakfast and lunch production is completed as per the cycle menu.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, plating, and service coordination
- Maintain proper food costing, portion control, and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams
- Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation of all dishes
Qualifications
- A 2-year culinary diploma OR Red Seal
- Must have atleast 3 years experience as a supervisor/ sous chef/ chef
