Aramark is currently seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for Residence Food Services at Bishop’s University

Position: Dining Room Supervisor

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs
• Coordinate and supervise the work of team members
• Perform cash reconciliation duties
• Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction
• Complete production, temperature, waste, and other required records
• Prepare workstations and ingredients for service
• Participate in meal service operations
• Assist with inventory control and inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Respond to daily operational requirements
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or hospitality is considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
• Positive attitude
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service oriented
• Bilingualism is considered an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking
