Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking Dishwashers for the food service operation at Bishop’s University.

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)

Position: Dishwasher

Wage: Starting at $17.00 per hour, to be discussed during the interview

Schedule/Hours: Schedule to be discussed. Full-time and part-time positions are available for days, evenings, and weekends.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and properly store dishes and kitchenware
• Assist with setup, sort utensils, and prepare serving trays
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties
• Always maintain cleanliness of the workstation
• Clean counters and surrounding work areas; sweep and mop service areas, the kitchen, and workstations
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow all established safety procedures and regulations
• Perform other related duties as required
• Be able to meet operational needs and demands

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience is an asset
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and carry items
• Organized and professional
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking
