Job Description

ARAMARK is looking for Dishwashers for the Food Services Department at Bishop’s University.

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)

Position: Dishwasher

SALARY: $17.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule/Hours: 2 positions available. Variable schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week. The schedule will be discussed during the interview.

START DATE: Immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes.
• Assist with setup, sort utensils, and place trays.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation at all times.
• Clean counters and surrounding work areas, and sweep and mop the service area, kitchen, and workstation surroundings.
• Assist with putting away deliveries and supplies.
• Follow established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
• Be able to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher is an asset.
• Good physical stamina to lift and carry objects.
• Organized and professional.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking.
